About AD4PT

Train for the gym you're actually in.

Most workout plans are built around ideal conditions. Real training doesn't work like that.

Built for reality

Every machine is available. Every rack is open. Every dumbbell is where it should be. You have exactly as much time as the workout requires. That is the world most plans assume.

AD4PT was built around a different idea: your workout should adapt to you — not the other way around.

Choose what you want to train. Tell AD4PT what equipment you can actually use. Add your available time, experience level, and goals. AD4PT builds the workout around your actual situation.

If something changes, the workout should change with it.

Our foundation

Built from experience

AD4PT was created by a former collegiate athlete with years of experience training, competing, and working in fitness environments.

Over time, one thing became clear: experienced athletes learn how to adapt.

  • If a machine is taken, they choose another exercise.
  • If equipment is limited, they work around it.
  • If they only have 30 minutes, they adjust the session.

For someone new to the gym, those decisions are much harder. That knowledge often comes from years of training, coaching, experimentation, and learning what works. AD4PT was created to make that knowledge easier to access.

You shouldn't need to be a collegiate athlete, hire a personal trainer, or spend years learning exercise science just to feel confident walking into a gym.

Understandable.Adaptable.Accessible.

Why AD4PT exists

People are constantly told to exercise more, get stronger, lose weight, or take better care of their health. But telling someone to work out is much easier than showing them how.

Walking into a gym is easy. Knowing what to do once you're there isn't always.

  • Maybe you don't know which exercises train which muscles.
  • Maybe the machine you planned to use is occupied.
  • Maybe your gym doesn't have the equipment a program requires.
  • Maybe you're traveling and training somewhere unfamiliar.
  • Maybe you have 30 minutes today instead of 90.

Traditional programs can't always account for that.

What is the best workout I can do right now, with what I actually have?

The goal is simple: you shouldn't need years in the gym to know how to use one.

Who runs AD4PT

AD4PT is an independent project, built and operated by its founder — the person described above. There is no large company or outside investment behind it, and the workout logic is deterministic: every recommendation comes from rules you can ask about, not from a black box.

Questions, feedback, or a problem with the app? Reach us any time through the Support page or by email at austinminick05@gmail.com. Every message is read by a person.

If a workout ever recommends an exercise that feels unsafe for you, skip it — no workout is worth an injury — and tell us through the Support page so we can review the recommendation. AD4PT is a planning tool, not medical advice; if you have a health condition or injury, check with a qualified professional first.

Your body. Your gym. Your workout.
