Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Welcome to AD4PT.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AD4PT website, applications, workout-generation tools, account features, educational content, and related services.
By using AD4PT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What AD4PT provides
AD4PT is a fitness technology platform designed to help users build workouts based on factors such as:
- Selected muscles
- Available equipment
- Fitness goals
- Training experience
- Available training time
- Strength information
- Training preferences
AD4PT may provide generated workout suggestions, exercise substitutions, educational information, exercise demonstrations, training recommendations, and related fitness tools.
AD4PT is continuously being developed, and features may change over time.
AD4PT is not medical advice
AD4PT provides fitness and educational information. AD4PT does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or professional healthcare advice.
Workout recommendations generated by AD4PT should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, certified trainer, or other qualified professional.
If you have an injury, medical condition, physical limitation, or concern about whether exercise is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning or modifying an exercise program.
If you experience severe pain, dizziness, chest pain, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, or another serious medical symptom while exercising, stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention.
Assumption of risk
Exercise involves inherent risks. These may include:
- Muscle strains
- Joint injuries
- Falls
- Equipment-related injuries
- Cardiovascular events
- Overexertion
- Other physical injuries
By using AD4PT, you acknowledge that participation in physical exercise is voluntary and carries risk. You are responsible for determining whether an exercise, weight, movement, or workout is appropriate for your abilities and circumstances.
AD4PT cannot observe your physical condition, technique, environment, equipment condition, or other factors that may affect exercise safety.
AI and automated recommendations
Some AD4PT features may use artificial intelligence, algorithms, rules-based systems, or other automated technologies to generate recommendations. These systems may make mistakes.
A generated recommendation may not always be:
- Appropriate for your body
- Appropriate for your experience level
- Appropriate for an existing injury or condition
- Optimally programmed
- Completely accurate
- Suitable for the equipment actually available
Use reasonable judgment before following any recommendation. If something feels unsafe or inappropriate, do not perform it.
Recommended weights
Any recommended training weights, repetitions, sets, rest periods, or intensity levels are estimates. They are not guarantees of what you are physically capable of performing safely.
Adjust weights and exercises based on your abilities and prioritize safe technique over completing a recommended number. Never attempt a weight simply because AD4PT recommends it.
Accounts
Certain AD4PT features may require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share your password with others. Contact AD4PT Support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Guest access
Some features may be available without creating an account. Guest users may have limited functionality and may not receive features such as:
- Persistent workout history
- Saved profiles
- Training statistics

- Support-ticket history
- Personalized recommendations
Guest data may not be retained after a session ends.
